Approach

We were appointed by Kelly Walsh to optimise the Hansfield website and to establish and build a digital presence for this long-term housing development. This was to act as a pre-launch platform for the upcoming launch of new homes. The primary goal was to build on the existing Facebook page, target potential new homes buyers using Google Adwords and to drive registrations via the website form.

This was to act as a pre-launch platform for the upcoming launch of new homes. The primary goal was to build on the existing Facebook page, target potential new homes buyers using Google Adwords and to drive registrations via the website form.

The first thing we ensured was that the Hansfield website was fully optimized for mobile. Once this was achieved, we tweaked the ‘Register your interest’ call to action button to attain better conversions. We then coded and implemented a ‘Register Your Interest’ page and a ‘Thank you’ page to help track these conversions. When the website was optimised and in place, we commenced the digital marketing campaign.

The Digital campaign consisted of Organic Facebook posts (content agreed via a prescheduled topical and relevant content calendar), a Google Adwords campaign and a paid Facebook Advertising targeting a potential audience of thousands of people using a researched profile.

We measured all the activity that was generated by our online campaigns. We monitored traffic to website, Facebook Likes, Facebook post reach, leads generated and Cost Per Acquisition. By measuring all of these elements we could ascertain what was working best and ultimately what was resulting in sales.

All aspects of the Digital Marketing campaigns were reported to Kelly Walsh and in turn they were communicative on the sales driven by the campaign.

In month one of the campaign we delivered a large number of targeted leads for this development at a fantastic cost per lead. While 72% of all leads came from a mobile device, this was largely due to the tweaks we made to optimize it for mobile.

For the third phase of Hansfield we took care of all the digital marketing aspects of the development. With the primary aim of raising awareness of the new phase and to drive leads via the online form on the website. In this phase alone we gathered over 800 leads.

We were then tasked with putting together an email and sending it out to the full list of leads that had been acquired. This email was sent out to over 3,000 leads and proved to be a massive success as the houses in the phase were all sold out on the launch preview night.
